Summer to Fall Racing

Summer is ending quickly. With that comes the end of the MTB OCup series, OCup Road Series, and local racing with Liberty Bicycles 12 Mile MTB Series wrapping up next week.

Team905 p/b Steelmark Business Services has been busy over the summer participating in several events, which was highlight by personal bests by Jon Toews in the OCUP MTB Series, Steve DeBoer defending his OPUS Lost in the Rocks and Trees title, Issac Goertz racing to a personal best in Jordan 5K Run, Max Csikos finishing 5th at the London Springbank Road Race against a very deep field, and the majority of the team participating the Gran Fondo Canada Niagara Falls pre-ride event.

The team is now transitioning their efforts into the fall season and the start of the Cyclocross season. The season is jammed packed with events from September to December with the opportunity to race every weekend. Jamie Schuman, Steve DeBoer, Robin Watt will be the core racers for the "cross" season. The season starts with the Ruhrbach Ellison Park Cyclocross Races in Rochester NY. This will be a great test of early cross season form.
